Follow the instructions but please note that you need to:

 

1. Register online; and

2. Email a scanned copy of both your driver’s licence and white card to this email address    

 

cis.whs@sydney.edu.au

 

You will then get an email with your ID and remember the password you registered with and you are ready to go to do the module.

 

Once completed you will need to go to CIS and have your photo taken and collect your card
